Tabitha May-Tolub
Tabitha May-Tolub (she/her) is a Leadership Development Professional based in Easton, MA, with 20+ years of experience in curriculum design, facilitation, and strategic planning. She fosters experiential learning, collaboration, and authentic communication.
With a BA in Psychology from Clark University and graduate studies in Marriage and Family Therapy at UMass Boston, Tabitha applies her knowledge of human behavior to leadership development and coaching.
As National Director of Training at Multiplying Good, she led programs across chapters, leveraging virtual training and stakeholder engagement. Previously, she founded Roots & Wings, Training and Consultation, delivering workshops to schools, businesses, and community groups, aligning missions and driving growth.
When not working, she is constantly on the hunt for delicious coffee, interesting wine, thoughtful book reqs, challenging conversations, and spontaneous ppuppy playdates.
