Christopher Rappold
Christopher Rappold, a 5th Degree Black Belt and five-time World Karate Champion, holds a degree in Exercise Physiology from Bridgewater State College. He has represented the U.S. in international competitions five times. As Founder and CEO of Personal Best Karate, he applies principles from competitive success to develop a philosophy that guides students in life.
An active community leader, Rappold was honored as an Olympic Torch Bearer, with a U.S. Flag flown over the Capitol by Senator John Kerry. Under his leadership, the “Personal Best Turkey Brigade” has delivered nearly 40,000 Thanksgiving dinners across 30 communities in MA and RI. Through the Project Sparrow Scholarship Program, Personal Best offers tuition assistance to children, and its Done with Bullying program has reached 32 schools. Named one of the 50 most influential graduates of Cardinal Spellman High School, Rappold also serves as Executive Director of Team Paul Mitchell Karate.
